Chest: Using a tape measure, take the total measurement around the fullest part of your chest, holding the tape horizontally
Back Length: Using a tape measure, take the total measurement from the base of the neck down to the just below the bottom of the spine
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline; keep measuring tape comfortably loose
